Operational Activities

• Create a development program to finance chapter education and conservatin programs through:

  • Endowments

  • Grants

  • Donations

  • Planned giving

  • Marketing and public relations

• Build public relations and communication strategies to support chapter development and outreach using, for example, the newsletter and web site.

• Promote chapter membership growth.

• Support Audubon Missouri in establishing an educational facility in the Great Rivers Confluence area.

• Hire an Executive Director to manage programmatic and operational activities according to priorities established by the Board of Directors.

• Store and periodically inventory chapter resources

• Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of the chapter's programmatic and operational plans.
